Styling Your Tiles with The California Collection by Farrow & Ball

Introducing The California Collection by Farrow & Ball

Inspired by the misty shored and palm-lined streets of California, this brand new collection created by Kelly Wearstler features eight new Farrow & Ball colours. The fresh, versatile, on-trend palette is perfect for a summer of decorating and adding a touch of sunshine to your home.

The range includes some stunning colours, from warm white to hazy blue. The soft, sun-soaked colours are designed to perfectly compliment each-other as well as Farrow & Ball's wider range of signature hues.

If you are looking for some ideas on how to style these paints, we’ve put together some mood boards featuring our tiles that will work around the colour palette of this new collection.

Hazy 

This stylish, muted blue-grey colour would make a stunning addition to any bathroom or kitchen. Reminiscent of early mornings by the sea, the fresh blue hues in this paint colour would work beautifully with our Sunburst Sea Blue tile which features slightly darker blue hues. The slight change in blues would make a beautiful but subtle contrast and the geometric pattern on this tile would create a striking feature wall or splash-back.

Terracotta 

The warm and soft hues in this traditional faded terracotta colour emulates the Californian sun. Pair with our Mix 02 tiles or Patchwork tiles which feature unique patterns on each tile, allowing you to create a classic patchwork design. Use our Mix 02 or Patchwork tiles on the floor and the terracotta paint on the wall to give your space a warming, homely and welcoming look and feel.

Citrona 

The citrona paint colour is inspired by the lemon tress that thrive in California’s warm climate and is the yellow of dreams. Perfect for the summer season, the softened citrus shade will compliment any interior, in traditional and modern homes alike. Try paring with our Artesano Green Wall tile to create a striking contrast and a colourful room design, or the Artesano White Wall tile if you are looking for a more simple design.
